COPC 6.1

QTS (the entity based in Gurgaon) has received certification for COPC OSP 6.1 from COPC Inc. The COPC OSP Standard outlines particular requirements for Outsource Service Providers, including the enhancement and maintenance of Operational and Qualitative metrics, HR processes and activities, workforce management, hiring policies and procedures, sales, business development, and the management of client relationships to deliver customer support. COPC OSP 6.1 acknowledges QTS ongoing commitment to achieving high performance in customer satisfaction, revenue generation, service quality, and cost management.

Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS 4.0)

The Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) is dedicated to safeguarding payment card information and ensuring that systems are resilient against possible security risks, while promoting the widespread implementation of uniform data security protocols worldwide. PCI DSS establishes a foundational set of technical and operational standards and ensures that QTS complies with the most current and rigorous security criteria aimed at protecting account information and securing various components within the payment ecosystem.

ISO 9001:2015

Quck Tech Solutions is committed to not only fulfilling but exceeding quality standards through the implementation of a proactive Quality Management System (QMS) framework that aligns with ISO 9001:2015. This framework aims to Understand and Address Needs by recognizing and understanding the requirements and expectations of all pertinent interested parties, including customers, suppliers, and other stakeholders.

CMMI Level 5 - SVC

QTS is a company certified at CMMI Level 5, showcasing its adherence to CMMI-SVC (Services). International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402 Attestation

QTS undergoes an annual audit by an independent auditing firm to perform a Type II International Standard on Assurance Engagements (ISAE) 3402 attestation for IT General Controls (such as Software Development Practices, Infrastructure Support Group (ISG), Information Security, Physical Security, Hiring and Onboarding, as well as Training controls) at QTS delivery locations, assisting its customers in complying with the Sarbanes-Oxley Act.

Security Organization Controls (SOC) 1 & 2 Type II

Service Organization Control (SOC) reports, in accordance with the established standards of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), are internal control reports concerning the services provided by a service organization. These reports offer crucial information for users to evaluate the risks associated with outsourced services. IGT undergoes an annual audit by an external agency. The centers of IGT located in India, Manila, Kuala Lumpur, China, Colombia, and Bucharest are certified based on SOC examination standards.
